Marcelo Yabeta

Marcelo Yabeta is one of the vocal members of the Tribunal Electoral Departamental (TED) of Santa Cruz, Bolivia. He is currently facing allegations from councilor Israel Alcócer regarding the legality of the TED's actions in approving the removal of certain councilors, which Alcócer argues was done improperly and without the necessary procedural checks.
