Saúl Paniagua

Saúl Paniagua is a member of the Tribunal Electoral Departamental (TED) of Santa Cruz, Bolivia, who recently came under scrutiny for his role in approving decisions related to the removal of council seats from disident councilors Israel Alcócer and Silvana Mucarzel.
