Marco Antônio Desgualdo

Marco Antônio Desgualdo served as the director-general of the São Paulo Civil Police from 1997 to 2007. He is known for his extensive experience in law enforcement and his insights into the challenges faced by police in combating organized crime, particularly in relation to the powerful criminal organization, Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC).
