
Marek Mach
Marek Mach is a Slovak activist and founder of the initiative 'Mladí proti fašizmu' (Youth Against Fascism), established in 2016 in response to the entry of the far-right party ĽSNS into the Slovak parliament. He is dedicated to combating fascism and promoting civic participation in Slovakia, creating videos and organizing campaigns that engage the youth in political discussions. After spending a year studying in Lund, Sweden, Mach returned to Slovakia, motivated by a desire to effect positive change in his home country. He believes that Slovakia can become a beacon of hope in Central Europe after the next parliamentary elections and is committed to minimizing the presence of far-right politicians in parliament.
