María del Carmen Volante

María del Carmen Volante is the mother of Pamela Gallardo and a prominent activist who founded one of the first collectives for families of missing persons in Mexico City, called 'Hasta Encontrarte', which has grown significantly in its efforts to seek justice for the disappeared.
