Maria Theresia von Österreich

Maria Theresia was the only female ruler of the Habsburg dominions and reigned as Archduchess of Austria and Queen of Hungary and Bohemia in the 18th century. She was known for her significant reforms in government, military, and education, and for her role in strengthening the Habsburg dynasty. Her association with the Florentine diamond, which she named, links her to the current rediscovery of the Habsburg jewels after a century of being lost.
