Massimo Luciani

Massimo Luciani is a distinguished Italian constitutional lawyer and academic, currently serving as an emeritus professor at La Sapienza University. He has held prominent positions, including president of the Italian Association of Constitutionalists and a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Italy.
