Matvey Markov

Matvey Markov is a young Belarusian boy born in 2023, who has recently faced a significant health challenge as he battles a rare and aggressive brain tumor. Initially a healthy and active child, Matvey's symptoms began with episodes of leg weakness, leading to the discovery of a 2.7 cm tumor in his brain. Following successful surgery to remove the tumor, his family received the distressing news that it was malignant, prompting them to seek further diagnosis and treatment options in specialized clinics abroad. Despite the ongoing challenges, Matvey's spirit remains bright as he continues to inspire those around him, including his father, Dmitry Markov, a football referee who uses his platform to raise awareness and support for his son's treatment.
