Meng Huating

Meng Huating is the Director of the Free Trade Zone Construction Coordination Department at the Ministry of Commerce in China. She has been actively involved in promoting and implementing innovative institutional measures within the country's free trade zones, aimed at enhancing international trade and economic cooperation. Recently, she highlighted the Ministry's efforts in replicating and promoting 379 institutional innovations from free trade zones to facilitate smoother business operations and regulatory frameworks, thereby supporting China's broader economic opening and reform initiatives.
