Merita Subašić

Merita Subašić is a prominent figure in the cultural sector of Montenegro, currently serving as the head of the Secretariat for Culture and Social Activities in Ulcinj. She has been instrumental in promoting the archaeological site of Šas, advocating for its preservation and development as a cultural tourism destination. Under her leadership, initiatives such as the project GIFTSnet have been launched to enhance the site's accessibility and attract visitors while emphasizing sustainable tourism practices.
