Mervin Jones

Mervin Jones, 89, is an elderly farmer from Providence, St Elizabeth, Jamaica, who has faced significant hardships following Hurricane Melissa. Visually impaired and hard of hearing, he struggles to cope with the aftermath of the storm that destroyed his home and livelihood. Living with his wife Avis at their daughter's house in Avon Park, he remains hopeful for assistance that has yet to materialize.
