
Metodiu
Metodiu, known as Methodius in English, was a 9th-century Christian missionary and scholar who, along with his brother Cyril, was instrumental in the evangelization and education of the Slavic nations. He is credited with developing the Cyrillic script, which became a significant writing system for many Slavic languages.
