Metuakore Paruru

Metuakore Paruru is an Auckland resident who, alongside his brother Peneke, was implicated in a cannabis supply case following a police raid in October 2022. Although he initially claimed that a substantial amount of cash found in his possession was from window-washing, the police deemed it likely that the money was derived from cannabis sales. His charges were later withdrawn, but he was still connected to the illegal operation.
