Michael Mehringer

Michael Mehringer is a 26-year-old individual who has become the first quadriplegic patient in Europe to receive a brain-computer interface. With an implant featuring 256 microelectrodes in his brain, he aims to regain autonomy and control over devices such as a computer cursor and potentially a robotic arm, all through thought alone.
