Michael R. Fenzel

Lieutenant General Michael R. Fenzel is a former U.S. security coordinator in the region, who at the time of the investigation into Shireen Abu Akleh's death stated that he believed the conclusions reached by the U.S. military were correct and did not find adequate evidence to rule out an accidental shooting.
