Michelle Banks

Michelle Banks is the chief inclusion and belonging officer at Kohl's, where she previously served as the chief diversity, equity & inclusion officer. She has been instrumental in leading initiatives that promote LGBTQ inclusion and support within the company, including launching Pride merchandise collections and donations to organizations that assist LGBTQ youth.
