Miguel Januário is an acclaimed Portuguese artist known for his innovative use of traditional azulejos (ceramic tiles) in contemporary art. Recently, he was in the news for inaugurating the mural 'Cumprir' in Porto, which features 736 tiles created by various artists and community members, symbolizing collective values and the ongoing relevance of the ideals of April 25, the day of the Carnation Revolution in Portugal.
