Miguel Miramón was a Mexican military leader and politician, known for his role as a general during the Mexican-American War and the French intervention in Mexico. Born in 1831, he became the youngest president in Mexican history when he assumed the office at 27. His ambition was fueled by a romantic pursuit of Concepción Lombardo, whom he eventually married after proving his valor on the battlefield. His life ended tragically when he was executed in 1867 alongside Emperor Maximilian I.
