Mike Lehnert

Mike Lehnert is a retired Major General in the United States Marine Corps who commanded the joint task group for Cuban and Haitian migrant camps during Operation Sea Signal in 1995 and later served as the first joint task force commander at Guantánamo Bay in 2002.
