Mikko Heiskanen

Mikko Heiskanen is a retired Finnish general and former head of defense economics in the Finnish Defence Forces. He recently made headlines for his appointment to the board of Elbit Systems Finland, a subsidiary of Israel's largest defense contractor, Elbit Systems.
