Mirza Eisa Khan Vazir

Mirza Eisa Khan Vazir, known as 'Mirza Eisa Minister,' was a prominent figure in 19th-century Iran, serving as the governor of Tehran under the rule of Naser al-Din Shah. Following the death of his father, he took on significant responsibilities during a tumultuous period marked by famine, civil unrest, and disease. Despite his good intentions, he faced numerous challenges and ultimately succumbed to cholera while caring for his fellow citizens. He is remembered for his philanthropic endeavors, including the establishment of educational and healthcare institutions, which continue to serve the community.
