Misaak Manushyan
Misaak Manushyan was an Armenian poet and a member of the French Resistance during World War II. He led an international partisan group in Paris and was executed by the Nazis in 1944. His legacy was honored in 2024 when he was reinterred in the Panthéon in Paris, following a decade-long public discussion about his inclusion.
