Mohamed K. Fofanah

Mohamed K. Fofanah is the editor-in-chief of the Sierra Leonean newspaper Gleaner. He gained international attention after reporting on the activities of Dutch drug trafficker Jos Leijdekkers, which led to police raids on his media outlet and threats against journalists in Sierra Leone. Due to safety concerns following these events, Fofanah has relocated to the United States.
