Mohammed Hamdam Daglo, also known as 'Hemati', is the leader of the Sudanese Rapid Support Forces (RSF). He has been implicated in numerous atrocities, including mass killings in Al-Fashir, Sudan, where his militia has been responsible for the deaths of over 2,000 civilians. Daglo's forces have been linked to the trade of gold, which is used to finance their operations, receiving weapons from Russia in exchange for the precious metal.
