Murad Uspanov
Murad Uspanov is the prosecutor of Rudny in the Kostanay region of Kazakhstan, having assumed office on September 6, 2024. Prior to this role, he served as the prosecutor of Arkalyk in the same region. Uspanov was recently in the news following his arrest on September 28, 2025, on suspicion of committing a criminal offense, with the investigation being conducted in collaboration with the regional security agency.
