Pan V.B. is a former prosecutor from Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan, who was recently in the news for being arrested for drunk driving after crashing into a lamp post. Following the incident, it was revealed that he had alcohol and traces of marijuana in his system. Consequently, he was dismissed from his position in the prosecutor's office for conduct that discredited the law enforcement agency.
