Mustafa I

Mustafa I was the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire, reigning briefly in 1617 and again from 1622 to 1623. His reign was marked by instability and his mental health issues led to his eventual deposition. Mustafa's times were characterized by palace intrigues and familial power struggles, particularly involving his half-brother Osman II and his cousin, Ahmed I.
