Osman II

Osman II, also known as Osman the Young, was the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire from 1618 to 1622. He was notable for his ambitious reforms aimed at modernizing the military and governance. His reign ended abruptly when he was overthrown by the Janissaries, leading to his execution, which highlighted the precarious nature of power within the empire.
