Nadezhda Kotkovets

Nadezhda Kotkovets is a retired Belarusian official and academic who is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in foreign economic activity at the Institute of System Research in the Agricultural Sector of the Academy of Sciences. Formerly, she served as a deputy chief of staff for President Alexander Lukashenko and held leadership roles in various organizations, including the Paritetbank and the Belarusian National Biotechnology Corporation. In her personal life, she is a mother of four sons and a grandmother to nine grandchildren, balancing her family responsibilities with her academic pursuits.
