Naoise Quinn is an 18-year-old from Cork who demonstrated remarkable bravery when he intervened to prevent a distressed man from jumping off a cliff at the Beacon in Baltimore. His quick and instinctive actions, along with the support of his friend, helped to restrain the man until emergency services arrived.
