Nariman Djelyalov

Nariman Djelyalov is a prominent Ukrainian politician and human rights advocate, serving as the Deputy Head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People. He gained international attention after being released from Russian captivity in June 2024. Recently appointed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as Ukraine's Ambassador to Turkey, Djelyalov's new role is part of a broader diplomatic rotation aimed at strengthening Ukraine's international relations.
