Nataliya Ostapchenko

Nataliya Ostapchenko is the First Deputy Head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration. She was in the news for her involvement in addressing the concerns of protesters who were opposing the closure of a neurology department at a local hospital. Following a meeting with the demonstrators, Ostapchenko announced the cancellation of the closure order and indicated that the issue would be taken up in a future session of the local council.
