Nathalie Elimas

Nathalie Elimas is a former French politician who served as Secretary of State in the Ministry of National Education and Youth from 2020 to 2022. Recently, she gained media attention after being sentenced to 10 months in prison with a suspended sentence for moral harassment against her cabinet staff. The court highlighted a toxic work environment characterized by humiliation and repeated denigrations that adversely affected her collaborators' health. In addition to the prison sentence, she was also given a three-year ineligibility period and fined €5,000. Elimas has denied the accusations, claiming they stem from a conspiracy against her.
