Neelkanth Ganjoo

Neelkanth Ganjoo was a retired Kashmiri Pandit judge known for sentencing JKLF founder Mohammad Maqbool Butt to death in 1968. He was assassinated by terrorists in 1989, and his murder has recently been reinvestigated as part of efforts to address past atrocities against civilians in Jammu and Kashmir.
