Negrín

Lázaro Cárdenas del Río, commonly referred to as Negrín, was a Spanish politician and the last Prime Minister of the Spanish Republic during the Spanish Civil War. He is remembered for his attempts to secure international support against the fascist forces and his advocacy for the rights of the Spanish Republic. Negrín's leadership came during a tumultuous time, and he faced significant challenges in mobilizing both domestic and international support for the beleaguered government.
