Neiyerver Adrián León Rengel is a 27-year-old Venezuelan migrant who recently made headlines after filing an administrative claim against the government of Donald Trump for $1.3 million, following his deportation to El Salvador. Rengel was apprehended by ICE agents on his birthday and subsequently sent to a high-security prison in El Salvador, where he alleged he suffered physical and psychological abuse. His case highlights concerns about the legality of deportations and the treatment of migrants, particularly as he was wrongfully linked to the Tren de Aragua gang based on tattoos.
