Nely Wilcas

Nely Wilcas is the director of the Subdirección de Cuarentena Vegetal at the National Agrarian Health Service of Peru (Senasa). She is actively involved in efforts to open new markets for Peruvian agricultural products, having recently announced plans to secure market access for ten key products, including avocados and blueberries, by 2025.
