Nicolae Haralambie

Colonel Nicolae Haralambie was a key figure in the forced abdication of Alexandru Ioan Cuza, serving as the commander of the Artillery Regiment in Bucharest. After Cuza's ousting, he felt deep remorse for his role and later resigned from the army, only to return during the War of Independence, where he distinguished himself in battle.
