Nicolas Eybalin
Nicolas Eybalin, born on July 8, 1962, is a seasoned French diplomat set to serve as the new ambassador of France to Andorra, marking his first ambassadorial role. A graduate of the Institut d'Études Politiques, Eybalin has held various significant positions, including cultural and cooperation advisor and director of a cultural institution in Athens since September 2021. He has also been the Consul General and Deputy Director of the French Institute in Germany, based in Stuttgart. Eybalin is multilingual, fluent in French, Spanish, German, and English, and has been honored as a Knight of the French National Order of Merit.
