Nicole Lobo

Nicole Lobo is a graduate student who moved back to the US from the UK in late August, shipping ten boxes of her possessions to Philadelphia. After six weeks of waiting for her shipment, she fears that her boxes may be lost or destroyed by UPS amid processing delays and new customs regulations that have caused significant disruptions for many customers.
