Noor Abdullah

Noor Abdullah is a 28-year-old dentist and the wife of Mahmoud Khalil, a prominent pro-Palestinian activist and leader of protests at Columbia University. She has been vocal in her support for her husband, who is currently in detention, claiming that his arrest is a violation of his freedom of speech. Abdullah and Khalil met in Lebanon in 2016 while she participated in a volunteer program he oversaw, and they married in New York in 2023. As she anticipates the birth of their first child, she expresses deep concern about the impact of Khalil's incarceration on their family.
