Oktay Stroichi

Oktay Stroichi was a 66-year-old Romanian worker who tragically lost his life during the collapse of the Torre dei Conti in Rome, which was undergoing restoration. Despite being rescued after spending hours trapped under the rubble and initially communicating with rescuers, he succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital.
