Olabisi Ogunkanmi

Olabisi Ogunkanmi is a Chief Magistrate in Oyo State, Nigeria, known for her role in the judicial proceedings related to serious criminal cases. She was involved in the arraignment of Alhaji Oriyomi Hamzat, Naomi Silekunola, and Abdullahi Fasasi following the deadly stampede at a Christmas funfair in December 2024. Due to jurisdictional issues regarding the murder charges, she ordered the remand of the defendants, which later led to their bail hearing in a higher court.
