Oleh Kulinič

Oleh Kulinič is a former high-ranking official in Ukraine's State Security Service (SBU), who rose to prominence as a trusted aide within President Volodymyr Zelensky's political party. Having previously fled Ukraine amid accusations related to the 2014 protests, Kulinič later allegedly became a key Russian agent, reportedly sabotaging Ukraine's defense efforts during the early stages of the Russian invasion in 2022. He is currently facing charges of treason for leaking sensitive information to Russian intelligence.
