Oliveiros Marques is a Brazilian sociologist and publicist known for his involvement in progressive political movements and advocacy. Recently, he became notable for expressing strong disapproval of a letter written by criminal lawyer Antônio Carlos de Almeida Castro, known as Kakay, which criticized President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's administration.
