Oljas Smagulov

Oljas Smagulov was appointed as the deputy akim of Almaty following the recent restructuring of the city's administration under the new akim, Darhan Satybaldy. Prior to his new role, he served as the deputy head of the Department of Socio-Economic Policy at the Presidential Administration of Kazakhstan.
