Orhan Kocaoğlu

Orhan Kocaoğlu is a Turkish artisan and entrepreneur known for establishing the Han Sanat Atölyeleri, initially in Istanbul and later relocated to Bilecik's Söğüt district, the historical site of the Ottoman Empire's founding. Since 2019, his workshop has produced nearly 10,000 costumes for various period films and series, including notable works like 'Game of Thrones' and 'Vikings.' Driven by a passion for preserving Ottoman heritage, Kocaoğlu aims to promote the cultural significance of Söğüt through his creations, which incorporate traditional materials and techniques. His dedication to historical responsibility is fueled by personal family ties to Ottoman history.
