Óscar Fernando Chinchilla

Óscar Fernando Chinchilla served as the Attorney General of Honduras from 2014 to 2018, playing a significant role in the establishment of the Technical Agency for Criminal Investigation (Atic) aimed at combating organized crime and corruption. Under his leadership, the Atic conducted notable operations, including the historic Operation Avalancha, which targeted the Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) gang.
