Osvaldo Vera

Osvaldo Vera is a former police officer in Paraguay, who, along with Merardo Palacios and ex-minister Walter Bower, was convicted of torture related to the abuse of fellow police officers. Vera received a prison sentence of six years for his role in these crimes, which took place in police facilities.
