Hon. Ousman Sillah is the Secretary General of the Sub-Saharan Africa Skills and Apprenticeship Stakeholders Network (SASASNET) and serves as the Rapporteur General and one of the facilitators for a national capacity building programme focused on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) in Nigeria.
